By using this site you are indicating your agreement and approval of these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms and outlines, please go ahead and cease and desist the use of this site.

Security Policy:
Your payment and personal information are safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure payment transactions. Data is encrypted so that it cannot be read. All information is kept confidential. 


Changes to our policies:
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page and inform any potential and current clients. Policy changes will apply only to information collected after the date of the change.


Payment Terms:
SAS Services shall begin on the effective date this agreement is entered and signed. The one-time initial setup fee lasts for the lifetime of the business after 30 days monthly maintenance fee will continue for the next 9 months, and after 9 months it will be on a month-to-month basis unless we receive 30 days in advance if the client would like to cancel our services. Ranking Analysis, LLC conducts business at 1450 Vassar St. Reno, NV 89502. Under Nevada State Law there is no cooling-off period. Once the warranty is signed and activated, Ranking Analysis, LLC will immediately begin all work on the client's website. Therefore all sales are final.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
Once the agreement between Ranking Analysis, LLC and the client is signed and filed, the client acknowledges all sales are final. However, every effort is made to ensure you receive top-quality services.

LIABILITY:
